DESCRIPTION:
We designed and were selected for the development of this regional courthouse as part of an architect/developer team responding to an RFP made by the Puerto Rico Courts Administrator. The 200,000 square foot courthouse with a parking garage for 500 cars is to house twelve courtrooms, corresponding judge’s chambers, administrative offices, and other spaces required for this type of building. A monumental balcony marks the entry.
