Structural reinforcements and spatial reconfiguration are central to the comprehensive remodeling and expansion of this one-story house designed by the renowned firm Toro Ferrer in the early 1950s. The work includes adding a pool, bathrooms, an office, a new primary bedroom, and a terrace integrating sustainable energy and water management systems. The new design opens the house east and west to maximize cross ventilation.
