Casa Margarita

This 1950s Toro Ferrer-designed home was purchased by a couple relocating from the mainland. In addition to opening the floor plan and adding air-conditioned spaces, we designed a new guestroom above the existing garage. The original decorative metalwork was reinterpreted in aluminum screens, and custom encaustic cement tiles were added throughout.
