Hogares Rafaela Ybarra provides services and a home to 36 girls. Designed to appear as typical homes and downplay any institutional appearances, each house will be occupied by 12 girls and one advisor. A sister’s home and a multi-use building with offices and communal spaces will be part of this complex.
