This 20,000-square-foot academic building is composed of three primary elements—learning spaces, administrative areas, and a service block—unified by a clear and efficient circulation system. Organized within a precise grid, the structure is divided into two main volumes by a compressed entrance, which serves as a central point of transition from the exterior to the interior. The building’s material palette emphasizes simplicity and functionality, featuring exposed concrete panels, aluminum jalousie windows, and ceilings incorporating acoustic elements, suspended fluorescent lighting, and an integrated air conditioning system. Its straightforward design prioritizes clarity, efficiency, and a well-structured spatial arrangement.
