Guanacastes Amphitheater Bandstand and Cover

As part of the University of Puerto Rico Botanical Garden’s new master plan, we were commissioned to design a bandstand for the Guanacastes Amphitheater—an open, grassy knoll framed by majestic, umbrella-like trees. The structure consists of a wooden deck topped with a steel and self-cleaning glass roof, maintaining an uninterrupted view of the tree canopy above.
