Originally designed by architect José Firpi in the 1950s, this four-story building overlooking the Condado Lagoon was built for three siblings and contains three modest apartments. The new owners plan to convert it into a single-family home, with public spaces on the lower floors, bedrooms on the third level, and a guest suite/yoga studio on the top floor. The garden will be redesigned to include a swimming pool and lush landscaping.
