A young family commissioned us to design their new home in the Ocean Park neighborhood of San Juan. Situated on a small lot at the end of a quiet beachside street, the house features an open ground floor enclosed in glass and integrated into the garden. The upper level, where privacy was a priority, was conceived as a more solid, enclosed volume.
